JPM Group represents the structured evolution of a distinguished industrial operating legacy. Our origins trace back to the early 1980s under D.N. Sharma Electrical Contractor, delivering critical industrial electrical and instrumentation works across premier national infrastructure assets including the Ropar Thermal Plant (1982), Korba Super Thermal Plant (1988), and NTPC Dadri (1992).
In 2017, Shri Balaji Construction Company was established as the primary execution arm of the group, strategically scaling capabilities across turnkey civil, structural, mechanical, and petrochemical infrastructure. This included major execution for Reliance Industries Limited across their Jamnagar Refinery complexes (J1 & J3), IOCL Panipat Refinery, and ongoing projects across Panipat, Jhajjar, Prayagraj, and Jind.
In 2018, the group diversified into corporate mobility through Jai Tour & Travel, expanding from two initial vehicles into a premier corporate fleet of over 36+ vehicles partnering with leading industrial enterprises such as Reliance Bio Energy.
Today, JPM Group Private Limited stands as the unified corporate brand, providing corporate governance, technical excellence, and sustainable scalability across all business verticals.
